Keeping up with fashion

Personally I love wearing jewelry that goes with any outfit I wear. When I wear a turtle neck I usually wear a long necklace and when I wear a V-neck top I wear a short necklace of a choker.     When I shop for jewelry I usually look for jewelry that goes with anything like a simple silver or gold time colors. Casual Friday doesn't have to mean casual Friday. You can be fashionable with casual clothing. There's nothing wrong for ladies to add a nice blouse or any type of dressy top that can go with jeans or any other casual pants. Color coordination in my way of thing will work perfectly.

For this new year coming, I want to continue to loose more weight and stay more healthy. I achieved my resolution for this year and want to continue to the next level. I want to make my blog more interresting so that I can get more visitors.

I've been an avid book reader for several years. I love the book selections that the Elle and Nylon magazines mention in their monthly issues. Reading a good book can bring peace of mind, creation and imagery to everyday life. Always pick a book to read monthly, write a summery about and share it with friends. Below are a few books I've recently bought and read.

I never been much of a sunglasses type of person but when I drive to work in the morning lots of times, I do experience glares. The best sunglasses I've had was from Raybans and fossil. I tried the Louis Vuitton but really don't feel like paying $800 for a pair. I love my Raybans that I paid $150 (on sale) for and my Fossil which I paid $49 for. I've always been a fanatic of plaids especially to wear in the Fall and Winter. To me dark and light plaid colors really bring out the plaid designs. I always loved green, brown and red plaid colors for a skirt and top. Shown below is my plaid skirt I bought at Talbots which I consider my favorite. My turtleneck is from Macy's which cost me $10 which was a great bargain since I paid $118 for the skirt. The necklace is from jewelmint.com which to me is a perfect match.

After getting rid of old clothes that are too big for me due to my weight loss it's now time to really upgrade my Fall wardrobe.
